2710 transferring calls straight to voicemail was created by jonathans
Calls are going straight into Draytel voicemail without the phone ringing. I'm using Phone line 2 (nothing is connected to 1) as this is the only line which I understand is available in the event of power failure.
In the SIP account setting it is set to ring on Phone Line 2 only.
I've tried using Phone Line 1 just to see if it made a difference but it didn't.
I've played with most of the settings in the Phone Settings tab, not really understanding what they mean, but it makes no difference. I can't actually see the bit where it says how long the phone should ring before it goes to voicemail.
Outbound calls work perfectly.
Firmware seems to be up to date - being 3.3.2.3_232201
Any help much appreciated.

I also have the same problem with a 2710 transferring calls straight to voicemail. Anyone at Draytel or Draytek have a solution as my client is about to give up and get another BT line leaving egg on my face. Especially as I'm trying to sell them a full VOIP solution for their main office.

It appears the problem was on the Draytel account. Email Draytel support and they will magically reset the account and make the problem disappear.
