Am I being a bit thick here, but I can seem to find the QOS option on the menu system. User guide says it should be under bandwidth management, but I cant see it? I've even upgraded to v3.3.3, still no sign of it.

Any help here would be much appreciated?

I have the same problem. I emailed support a few minutes ago. Have you got anywhere?
