I don't recall being as disappointed with a system, as much as I am with the IPPBX. Our test unit was so flakey that we abandoned it after just a couple of days. It even bricked on a firmware upgrade and had to be returned to SEG.
Even now, with the latest firmware, it's still so buggy, we just cannot recommend it. We don't even want to simply retail it.
However, credit to SEG though for the RMA turnaround. We returned it on Monday, and SEG tech has a replacement back to us by the following Saturday. That sort of service should be commended.
SEG are clearly up to their ears in the mess that Draytek have created with such plainly awful firmware. However, SEG themselves have always provided us with first class service.
