Hi

I am having problems handling my analog phone which I have plugged in to the draytek pbx. I can make calls out but any inbound calls are ignored.
any advice appreciated.

I have set the extension profile for the PSTN phone (x901) to forward to x1001 which we use as our reception. x1001 works when other calls are forwadred to this number and it receives calls via one of our voip numbers etc.

If I phone the PSTN phone from an external number it does not pass the call to 1001 where i would expect to be able to answer it, ie its ignored.

I can call out using the pstn phone as you would expect.

Any ideas most welcome.

What if you just dial the analoghe phone directly from another ext. ?
