Where can i adjust, upload or turn off the music on hold?
I have the latest UK firmware 3.5.5

I too can't find the option
Its very annoying, there is simply no mention of it in the manual

the problem too, if you use a gsm codec on the handset, the music on hold sounds like an old 56K dial up modem!!!

It's user prompt 11. A wav file can be uploaded using the web prompt upload, the wav file needs to be renamed according to the ning format explained on the page.
Also there is a propnt utility thy can be used to upload the prompts, it can be downloaded from the site.
The best format to upoad seems to be G711, 8 bit, 8kbps. If you're uploading a file change the format of the wav first using a audio editing programme (XP sound recorder can also do this)
