Sorry all a bit new to this stuff, but have an issue that is driving me mad.

2820 all setup and working except outbound calls go silent 5-6mins into the call for about 60 secs and then continue. Inbound voice is fine. Any pointers as to where I could look for clues would be appreciated. Using a draytel softphone doesn't seem to be effected and changing SIP trucnk providers makes no odds. Happens on every call. Phone as way to many configure options for me to fully understand and manual is not great.
