We have a SNOM 360 and it works fine for internal calls and out going Mobile and Land Line calls the problem is that when someone calls in from outside (mobile or land line) we can hear them but they cannot hear us.

Does anyone know what causes this and, more importantly, how we fix it!

IPPBX is on the lates 3.5.5.1 Firmware.
