I have been looking at http://www.draytek.com/user/SupportAppnotesDetail.php?ID=31 but the screen shots shown are only very remotely similar to the Bandwidth Management section in the 2820Vn which for me is:

A guide setting up SIP QoS for this router would be appreciated. Can anyone help please?
