Hi all

i have a issue with vigor 350 phones. I have 6 phones sitting on a IPPBX 2820 system. 3 of the phones are running version 1.06 and 3 are running 1.03.

the same 2 phones keep dropping off the system. in extention status they go to offline. one is on 1.03 and 1 is on 1.06. heard a roumour there is a conflict between the 2 versions.

been advised to take all phones to 1.06i????? is this recommended??? also is there anyway to upgrade this from being one a machine thats actually on the same LAN as system or via VPN as i not in same office.

any help would be gratefull
