Can't get call forward to work was created by alexrees
I can't get the call foward functionality to work and I was wondering if I'm missing something obvious.
I've been trying to forward calls using the VoIP->Dialplan->Regional screen. To forward all calls, it says *72+number+#
So I've been trying to forward to 07748 476 190 by typing
*72 07748 476 190 #
and it isn't working. When I test by ringing my VOIP phone, it doesn't forward, but instead says "this number is not accepting calls at present". *73# removes this, which suggests it is partly working.
I'm in the UK, do the default regional codes apply?

Hi,
Don't know the answer to this, but the first thing I would do it try it with no spaces, i.e. *7207748476190# . If that didn't work, I'd try using +44 instead of the leading 0, but I don't see why that should make a difference.

Hi Roger,
Thanks for answering.
Unfortunately I tried using 0 rather than 44, but still no luck. The spaces are just for formatting on this forum. Looks like I'll have to hassle Draytek support again!

Hi Alex,
We are having the same sort of issue with a Vigor 2830Vn and call forwarding (No Answer/Always), did you ever resolve this please? I have raised a support e-mail with Draytek UK Tech but it might take them 24-48 hours to respond.
Thanks for any advice you can give.
