I got this due to firewall/NAT issues: are you directly connecting to the 2820?

Yes, all IP phones are directly connected over the LAN and I have checked extension permissions as suggested by RJ.

Guys, check with draytek for beta firmware, they've got some available for PSTN issues like this.

Also, check under Trunks - PSTN Trunk, set Detect Caller-ID to On and restart the PBX and see if that helps.

Upgraded from firmware 3.5.6 to 3.5.7 over the weekend and this issue is fixed.

However I have I new issue - the PSTN trunk is not detecting when the other party has hung up and is holding the trunk open. Any ideas on this?
