Hi,

We were provided 3.5.7_RC7 due to an issue with PSTN connectivity, which it didn't resolve, so am trying to upgrade to 3.5.7 Official using the Firmware Upgrade Utility.
each time we try, it says timeout and causes the router to reboot.

Is there another process to go from an RC firmware? Or do we need to downgrade the FW to upgrade it? And will that need a .rst?

Can Draytek please comment. The same problem exists here. I am trying to upgrade from RC4 to 3.5.7. Why has a simple job become so complicated?
