Hi -I have upgraded my IPPBX2820 firmware to 3.5.7_2471201 (latest version from Draytek UK) and have uploaded the new main G711 system prompts (which also generates the G729 prompts) but the voices sound quite grainy compared with before the update.

Thinking that the G729 prompt file which is in the download might be better quality, I tried uploading the G729 prompt file on its own (v2820pbx_g729_sysprompt.ivr), but the upload fails with the message "Prompt file uploaded fail. Please check your file name, format or length".

Any ideas anyone? - Thanks
