Is anybody know how to set up QoS for subjects?
I know I can define Skype ports in desktop clients and then define it in Draytek's QoS. But what could I do with iOS clients? And also how to set up priorities for G+ hangouts?

Blimey! No-one come across this before? I would have thought the incoming call barring feature would be an absolute godsend to many what with all these PPI claims calls flooding in from everywhere!
