[SOLVED] Soft Phone Audio issues making/receiving calls

Hi

Since this morning I can no longer hear the caller at the other end of the phone regardless of whether I dial them or they call me.

Soft Phone Version: 1.6.1
Headset: Sennheiser USB Headset

Audio Settings:
Speaker: Sennheiser Headset
Ring device: Sennheiser Headset
Microphone: Sennheiser Headset

I know the speakers are working because I can hear audio whilst playing music files or logging onto youtube.
I know my mic works as it records using Windows sound recorder.

The 'Ring Device' is working because when someone calls me the correct 'Ring Sound' file plays.

I've uninstalled and re-installed both the Softphone (deleting profile), and audio drivers. I've plugged the USB headset into different ports.
I've tried a different handset which is working on another PC but I get the same results of no audio making/receiving calls.
I have rebooted countless times.

Is there anything else I can try to get this working again?

I solved the issue by disabling and re-enabling the following items, and this issue turned out not to be specific to DrayTek's Soft Phone. It also occurred on another VOIP client.

Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > Change adapter settings
Local Area Connection properties, disabled and re-enabled the following items in the list:

Deterministic Network Enhancer
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder

Yes I hear it too, but how do we know that wasnt from a real person?..Can we get some more backgroung info on it, please?
