Hi

Just taken hold of a 3510 Ip PBX and not know its history decided on a firmware upgrade. Trouble is its failed and now I get the following errors:

Invalid system prompt please check?

Voip module not ready please wait.

I try to carryout the upgrade again and it fails when it attempts to connect to the VOIP Module (tranfer fails)

Current firmware is: 3.5.9

Voip : 2.6.8

I have tried to downgrade it as well but it fails in the same place.

Any help would be very greatly received

OK Ive tried agin and now it sends to the VOIP module but the I get a Request Timed out failure
