2850 Can it forward the PSTN line to a remote site (FXO) was created by m1ror
I have two sites one in the UK (2850vn) and one in Canada (2130vn)
I have VOIP set up in Canada and want to know can I set up the 2850 in the UK to forward my BT calls to Canada.
I know I can connect the pstn line to the 2850 but does it convert it to voip so my 2130 in canada can receive calls?
I have some cisco boxes (spa3102) which can convert this but would like to eventually integrate both sites to receive calls from either site in the simplest way.

no it can't, the line port on the 2850vn is a physical relay / passthrough rather than a proper FXO so it can't be used to forward a PSTN call through to SIP
