Hi all,

I've plugged a phone into my Vigor 2860Vn-plus and pointed it at my Asterisk server.

I can call the existing softphones connected to my Asterisk server from the Vigor phone.

But the other way around doesn't work. When I try to call a Vigor phone from an existing softphone, the softphone shows a generic error and there's nothing in the Asterisk logs.

All the phones show as registered. My asterisk install is minimal.

Any ideas?
