Hello.

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest how to simplify accessing voicemail on the BX2000 ?

At the moment, users have go to voicemail either by dialing 888 (or 889 for hunt groups) or by following the new message prompt on the handset. Then type in their extension number then enter their password.

I think there should be a way for the user to go straight in without any prompts. Any ideas much appreciated.
