incoming PSTN "no incoming audio"

incoming PSTN "no incoming audio" was created by ghostworks
System been working fine but suddenly when i get a external PSTN call on either 902/903 (FXO1/FXO2) routed to any extension local or remote i can not hear caller but they can hear me , work fine dialing out through PSTN lines via same extentions
This has just started today
