PSTN outgoing call crash was created by ghostworks
Most outgoing calls crash once end user answers call or just after , is this a setting i need to look into, as this started on the new firmware upgrade
NB. this issue applies to both Vigor BX2000ac Routers at 2 locations , using ext 101 to choose either lines Location A (PSTN) or Location B (PSTN)
/thanks

Which firmware are you seeing this with? 3.8.1.7 or 3.8.1.8?

Thanks for confirming, I'll check that with a BX2000 here.

Currently only got the basic setup running as been to busy with normal work/business stuff to plan and implement for IVR , voice mail etc
Thought i'd make sure the basic stuff works and staff used to using lines first before complexing it further, anyone you recommend on Fiverr etc to setup and check remotely all pbx setup and implement IVR and voicemail etc
My Scenario
Location A :
Vigor BX200ac with Vigor 130 as got 2 x VDSL Ultima Plus lines ( 100Mb Down & 11MB Up )
Ext 101 ( Gigaset DX800a ) in location A - Reception/Office
Ext 102 ( Vtech Dect VSP600a ) in Location B - Reception/Office
Ext 103 ( Gigaset Maxwell10 ) in location C - Home Office
Ext 104 ( iPhone 10 - Zoiper ) Mobile user
Ext 105 ( iPhone 10 - Zoiper ) Mobile user
Location B :
Vigor BX200ac with Vigor 130 as got 2 x VDSL Ultima lines ( 35Mb Down & 1.5MB Up )
Ext 201 ( Gigaset DX800a ) in location A - Reception/Office
Ext 202 ( Vtech Dect VSP600a ) in Location B - Reception/Office
Ext 203 ( Gigaset Maxwell10 ) in location C - Home Office
VPN between Location A and B

Thanks for the details - I can't seem to reproduce the issue with a single PSTN line and one handset, it's possible something else is triggering it?
Could you contact the support team for assistance? sadly this isn't really the right place for troubleshooting and I think it would be necessary to look at testing the config to determine what's happening.
Otherwise, for now just use the 3.8.1.7 firmware that's on the DrayTek UK site.
