Hi
still happening at both locations to outgoing and incoming calls
Scenario
Location A SIP phone ( Gigaset DX800A ) using Location A BX2000ac via PSTN line , rings and when someone picks up , phone cuts off same as location B sip phone ( Vtech ) using Location B BX2000ac
this also happens using Locations A sip phone to location B PSTN , same as Location B Sip phone using Location A PSTN
both using firmware 3.8.1.8
could a technician for Draytek UK check my settings remotely if i give details via Draytek Support UK email
Thanks

1 thing it does is
Extention @ location A dialing Extention at Location B via Location B Routers Ext 201 to 202 , rings at ext 202 @ location B I answer and nothing , location A extention doesn't even ring on the handset which is odd , could that be a issue with the actual extention not had this before the new update

Crashes when sip phone dial ext 102 but ok dialing ext 202
Location A has 101 and 102 ext which relate to location A Sip phone for 101 and location b phone for 102
Location B has 201 and 202 ext which relate to location a sip phone for 201 and location b phone for 202
location A dialing 102 cuts out but ok dialing 202 so seems to relate to Location A BX2000ac
I compared and checked all setting between both BX2000ac and are the same will check SIP phone at location A next
