Dear All,

Trying to get my daughters work phone set up at home its a INTER TEC 8622, It can call out but you hear no voices in or out when dialled. I have upgraded to latest firmware but does anyine have any ideas what it could be and what settings I need to look at.

It works at her friends house using cheap routers but this is not working.

Help would really be appreciated as 23 year old daughter is throwing a stop at her old man

One thing they mention is a firewall conflict?
