I tried to access the forums from my home connection and have been told I am banned from the forum due to being outside of the UK but I am a sky broadband customer and definitely in the uk and the contact address they tell me to use does not work

What do you mean 'does not work' ? The email address for queries is info @draytek.co.uk and they can forward onto us sysadmins as appropriate. Specify your IP addresses as appropriate so they can check.

No, that wouldn't work "noreply" is a standard form of denoting an invalid email address. You need to email the address I gave.
