2910 and COD4 issue.. was created by madjock
Hi All,
I have a problem when trying to connect more than 5 PC's to the same COD4 server through a 2910.
I can connect fine with no lag issues etc but as soon as you try to connect a 6th the ping times go haywire and eventually clients will disconnect due to lagging out from the server.
Is there any restriction on the number of clients that can use one port ? I have tried various configurations of open ports, port redirection, enable UPnP but nothing gets rid of the problem.
I get the same issues wih CS source as well so its not port specific or even application specific.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Iain

Replied by madjock on topic 2910 and COD4 issue..
Well its nice to see that almost a year since I raised the above issue no-one from Draytek has bothered to answer.
The issue is still there and the only way I found to resolve it was to get another router and swap the 2910 out...
great customer service guys
