HI

I have a Draytek Vigor 2800 ADSL2/2 Plus Router. I use plus net as my
ISP since the upgrade to the 21CN on our exchange I've not been able
connect. I have another router and that's fine I also tried the Vigor
2800 at a friends who has Virgin Broadband and still can't connect.
I've upgraded the router to the latest Firmware version 2.8.2 (ADSL Firmware Version: E.38.2.23) and
used the .rst file so that the factory defaults where applied. Still can't
connect keeps saying Training and then Handshake. Any ideas how to
resolve this? I purchased this router about 2 and half years ago and
it's been fine up until now.

I'm running a 2800G with 2.8.2 on PlusNet 21CN trial with no problem. Have you changed the settings to ADSL2+?
