Connection Limit for 2800 was created by nerd8192
Hi,
My compnay hosts a fairly high traffic sip server on a ADSL line (yes I know this is a bad idea, not my choice). I am wondering if we may be getting problems because the Vigor 2800 router can only handle so many TCP/UDP connections at once. Does anyone know what the connection limit is for a 2800 or how I could find it out?
Thanks,
Seth

The limit is defined by the size of the connection table. IIRC there is a parameter to change the size of the table but I have forgotten it (its soem years since I had a 2800). However I've only seen this parameter need changing to support gaming and file sharing applications in the past.
