Bought a 2800 second hand to try as a budget home VPN router (use 2820's at all our offices). When plugged in it lights the Act light constantly, about every 30 seconds it appears to reboot whereby the LAN lights flash very briefly then the QOS light comes on for about 5 seconds.

Clearly I can't connect in via standard network connections. It will boot into TFTP mode though. With the PC set to the correct static IP The firmware upgrade Utility sends the file happily, but then waits for a response until it times out.

I did note that the supplied PSU was rated 12V 1000mA, but I have also tested with a 15V 800mA PSU with the same results. Any advise would be appreciated so I can sort this out with the seller or get repair advice from DrayTek (hopefully)
