Getting the Content Filtering working was created by vmgscot
Big apologies for this lame question but I am struggling here.
I installed 6 of these devices last year at our remote sites and the Content Filtering was easy to enable and activate and it worked.
Just got another unit (firmware 3.3.0) and struggling to get the same facility working. I have configured the desired settings in
CSM > Web Content Filter Profile > Profile 1
I have set Firewall > General Setup > Web Content > to the profile above.
What else am I meant to do as can still access the restricted sites.
Any pointers would help.
Cheers

Thanks for that.
Took things right back to basics and looks like one of the existing rules is allowing packets through.
I'm no expert but I am sure in our older firmware the CSM kicks in BEFORE the firewall rules but it seems the other way round now.
Anyhow, now I understand a bit better I can craft the rules appropriately.
