I just made the huge mistake of upgrading 2 of my 2820's to version 3.1.1.2 ............ Don't do it!
Up to 50% down time was good.......Honest!
Its far better than 95% downtime !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where can I get a copy of the 3.3.0 software from please?

DRAYTEK........ PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE just give us stable firmware!

Just make the 2820's & 2800's stable with standard HP & Dell laptps.
Its not much to ask for from LOYAL customers!
 :x

Another update.........

I've been messing about with this all day today........... NOT THAT I WANTED TO!

Anyway, I switched off my built-in wireless and unplugged the CAT5 cable.
I installed and set up the 'Vigor N61' wireless USB device just to try and get some work done.....
Sadly, this has gone the same way as the 'others'. It works for a few minutes and then gives up.

I MAY KNOW WHY NOW! but I'd like Draytek to do some more tests and sort the problem.

The laptop I'm trying to use whilst having all the problems has Windows Vista 64-Bit OS on it and when I think about it, some of the other machines at work which have similar problems also have Vista-64.....

Hopefully, some Draytek boffins will be reading this and come up with a solution for this, or if anyone else can help, please post here....

Anyone else have these issues please?

Have you tried disabling IPv6 on the vista computers? that seems like the only difference in networking that could cause that kind of problem.
