2820 1st WAN IP without NAT 2nd with NAT. was created by peter.vrba
Hi Guys,
Hope you can help me. I have 2820 FW:3.3.1.2
I'm trying to set it up with 2 static WAN IP's
I need to 1st WAN IP without NAT pass thru to the IP card in phone system
and 2nd with NAT and Firewall and DHCP for normal network.
is it possible?
also I have setup remote management on port 8080 and is most of the time timing out. this is third 2820 I have setup and all of them have the same issue. But that's minor.
thanks for any suggestions.
Peter

Hi Peter,
This is fairly simple.... goto LAN, and set the 2nd IP Address for routing to be the 2nd IP address in your Public range, then setup the WAN interface on your telephone system to be one of the other addresses in your public range with its gateway the 2nd IP address which you have assigned to the 2820, Then in Firewall >> Filter Setup create a new filter to allow the ports through the firewall If you want screenshots let me know.

Hi mtechsystems,
Thanks for your reply. i found the solution under DrayTek FAQs.
Exactly the same as yours. It's working perfectly.
Thanks anyway.
