2910 and vlan?

Hi,
another mystery to me.. how the heck does the VLAN facility work? I seem to be setting it up correctly but I can still ping the ip addresses in the other VLAN.. does this work in the latest firmware (3.2.1) for the 2910?

could you post a screen shot of how you have it set and some more info on Ip addresses etc.
