Draytek 2820 Will not display admin page via internet was created by inty
Hi Guys,
I have a strange issue with several of our 2820 routers on site, basically they are setup to admin from the internet and we can connect fine getting the logon screen but after you enter the logon password explorer just sits there trying to connect and eventually says page can't be displayed, i've never had this issue before with our other Drayteks? The routers have 3.3.22 firmware installed anyone seen this problem before.
Many Thanks
Alan

Have you tried using http:// ipaddress ?
one easy way is to setup a vpn and connect to the dray tek that way
try putting draytek http on a diferent port 8080 you may have nat working on 80
let me know how you get on

Are you looking at the web interface from a windows pc or a mac? 3.3.3 fixes some web interface display issues that were occurring with mac/linux pcs

We had a similar issue which our support company resolved, not sure what they did! I can pass their details onto you if you wish.
