I just changed to Be Pro 24Mb ADSL2+ service from BT 8Mb G.DMT.
I could not get my 2820 at firmware 3.3.3 to work, I had to put the Thomson modem Be supplied on first on the line, then it started to work, I got 19.1970Mbs down and 1.403Mb up.
I then put back my 2820Vn and it started to work as well ????
Better upload speed with 17.89Mb down and 2.425Mb up, which is a nice tradeoff for me.
I put the profile option of 'Optimise for speed' which I suppose runs things at a lower s/n ratio. Do these numbers look ok ? 550 metres from exchange.

Just got O2 Pro activated today (was on Tiscali).
I haven't bothered opening up the Wireless III box yet. My connection info is shown below, I'm just over 1KM from the exchange.
To get Annex M, do you have to ring up O2 and ask them to enable? Or should I upgrade from Firmware 3.3.2.1_232201 do you think?

Usually you have to set ADSL2+ Annex M manually as the modulation type for it to use it.
