Hi

Iv just received my new 2710n and its great. Makes my old Netgear look like bargain basement.
Im trying to register the product and im being asked for a s/n and mac address. The s/n is no problem but there isnt enough room to put in a 12 digit mac address.
Can anyone help?

how many characters does it allow? if it's just six, then just use the last six characters, the first six will always be 00 50 7F

I just checked and it does allow 12, however it still say my s/n and mac dont match.

I think you'd need to contact the support on www.draytek.com for that
