Hi

Just trying to set up my 2820n with a VirginMedia Cable modem but not getting any internet access.

Cable modem is attached to the WAN2 port via ethernet.

Does anyone have a step by step guide on how to do this?

After posting my request I found a forum entry with the following gem

plug your cable modem in and then turn the cable modem on. it needs to be done in that order so the cable modem can aquire the mac address of the router.

After resetting my cable modem it all worked fine
