2820Vn Reboot Constantly was created by plandregan
I have my 2820 for a few months and after a few teething issues with VoIP its been fairly stable.
However today its started to reboot randomly, sometimes after a few seconds, others a few hours. No config has changed nothing. Yet its decided to reboot.
Using 3.3.3_232201 release of firmware.
Is there a debug mode to see why its rebooting all of a sudden??

The telnet command
I know that DHCP Relay function should be set to disabled on 3.3.3 as with it enabled I've seen it cause a reboot.
Code:
sys ver dbg
is what the DrayTek support ask for. I know that DHCP Relay function should be set to disabled on 3.3.3 as with it enabled I've seen it cause a reboot.

Thanks for the commands.
I dont use DHCP relay, but I do use it as a DHCP server with many reservations in the IP Bind section, to make sure all my PC's get the same IP and not have to manually configure each one

hi i've just update to 3.3.3 (successsfully according to upgrade wizard) and this same error is constantly happening to mine also. It does not even recognise any lan or wan connection.
I tried the factory reset, but that too does not help. any ideas?

Greetings
I appear to have screwed a 2820n by putting on firmware 3.3.3
Factory resetting doesn't seem to help so what options to I have?

You need to reflash the firmware using the .rst file while the router is in firmware recovery mode when that happens, this page under Abnormal Firmware Conditions explains how you'd do that:
