We are using the 2820 on an o2 LLU line with no problems apart from one. In respect to download we are syncing at 20114000 meg but the upload sync is 1225000 which is not so good, o2 have confirmed that we should be getting about one meg above that...

They will not support any other router other than their own and want me to change it over... but I don't want to for obvious reasons...

Anyone have any experience or ideas on this little problem..?

You would only get a meg more if you have annexM enabled. This will drop your download sync tho...

As Groov said, you'll need to change the modulation setting for the ADSL connection to ADSL2+ Annex M manually, once you've done that you should get the higher upload speed.

Brilliant thanks guys, exactly as you said, the down stream sync has gone down to 18786000 and the up stream sync is up to 2321000 ~ twice the up speed.! Exactly what I wanted.!
