Hi

Does the Globalview software work with the 2820?

Can it also produce reports to show which user visited which sites?

A firmware update shortly will support Globalview. For logs, you can set pass/block reports I think.

Thanks. I'll purchase it when the updated firmware is released.

We will be using it in a SBS 2003 network. How will the 2820 know which user is visitng which sites for it's reports?

It doesn't know "which user" but the CSM rules can include/exclude users from the filtering by IP address.

It's not available to buy for the 2820 but there is no newer firmware. Does it work with the current firmware?

I have activated this on the VigorPro website - and the subscription is set to start when the trial (from the 3.3.4 firmware) finishes. (1 month)
