Nat sessions limit reached was created by brett77
Forgive me if this has already been asked but I couldn't find it when I searched the forums.
Basically we have a Draytek Vigor 3300 router and we limit sessions to 300.
Some of our visitors are unable to browse the internet because they have reached the limit. Looking at the Data Flow monitor most of the other visitors are working ok but some hit the limit straight away and they can't work.
Have any of you had that before? I even got two users to reboot and it didn't help. They had no apps running either.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot what might be causing the issue?
Thanks.

Assuming that these are Windows workstations, it sounds like the tcp/ip connection limit is being reached. Unusual if they are not running any apps, so this might point to some background activity (P2P?).
Have you checked for any 'rogue' processes or apps running?
Maybe try running Wireshark and see what traffic is flowing from the workstations to the internet and other hosts.

Thanks I'll try that.
The guest said there's no P2P software on there. I'm not on site so I couldn't check his laptop because he has reached his session limit so he couldn't access the internet to connect me to his laptop.
