Hope someone can help...

I followed the post to restore firmware and then upgrade to the firmware which supports the AFM-102. I now have 2 problems...

1) the modem just keeps dialling endlessly and seems to be stuck in a loop. tried to restore the firmware back to factory settings and reconfigure but it still persists in continuous dial.

2) the second point, is that even if i could cure the first point how on earth do you set it up for auto-backup? i clearly want to set it to work on WAN 1 failure, but the usb is WAN2 (as WAN2) is not used, but its not listed as a possible failover.

the documentaiton is non existent, and its thanks to the forum i have got as far as i have!
