Access private IP (modem config) over WAN

Hi everyone,

I have a 2910VG, after which I have a BeBox (Thompson Speedtouch 585v7) configured in bridge mode.

I use static IP so my 2910's WAN1 is configured with the IP assigned to me by BE.

I would like to know if it's possible for me to access the BeBox from computers on my LAN. It has the IP 192.168.1.254 - connecting a machine to it using an IP in the same subnet works, obviously, but the router is configured with my public IP on the WAN port, scuppering plans somewhat.

I've tried playing with WAN aliases, but I'm more used to BSD style IP aliasing and it doesn't appear to serve the same purpose, from what I've read.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

Cheers!
