Can anyone help me with my set up on this modem. I'm a standard Be unlimited user (ie DHCP IP, not fixed). The system status shows that I have an ADSL connection with the state SHOWTIME, however the WAN status is showing no connection. It is enabled and the mode is DHCP client. I've tried all combination of settings and have tried hitting the renew button, but I am not being supplied with an IP address. It works fine on my old BeBox router.

I'm using MPoA, 1483 Bridged IP(IPoE), VPI=0, VCI=101, ADSL2+(G992.5), WAN Connection=ARP Detect mode, and WAN IP settings = obtain IP address automatically.

If the ADSL status is up, haven't I essentially got the right settings, any ideas why it wouldn't be picking up an IP? The Be forum members suggested leave it 40 mins, but this didn't help either, and they seem to have run out of ideas.

Any help is much appreciated.
