Network Mask Missing was created by splunkydunky
Help please. I just received a static ip address from BT. In the vigor2820n internet access screen I have set the fixed ip to yes and entered the fixed ip address but there is no field to enter the network mask. Am I doing something wrong? Current Firmware Version: 3.3.3_232201
Regards
Mick

You only need to set the subnet mask if you're using IP routing (LAN - General Setup - 2nd IP Address), otherwise just enter one fixed IP in the fixed IP setting, then use WAN IP alias to configure the rest.

Yep
Also, it might be a fixed IP but it might be assigned dynamically.. So you might not have to set it on your router
