Allow WLAN users WAN access only was created by mphilipp
I just bought a Vigor 2130n and since there is a possibility to setup multiple SSID's for WLAN, I was kinda hoping there was some more functionality to it than just a rate limit.

Before, I had a 2820 (I switched to high speed cable) with an external WiFi router attached to one of the LAN ports. I setup a VLAN for that port, so that it could only access the WAN. Easy enough, and guests (invited and uninvited) can do no harm to my network, just access the internet.

It seems handy for guests. Just setup a second SSID with an easy password and configure a rate limit and a VLAN with only access to the internet. For myself I have the 'normal' connection with a hard password, no rate limit and unlimited access to my own network.

Regards,
Mike
