ADSL2+ and 2710Vn - SLOW

I'm hoping someone can shed some light into this problem. My ISP (provider servicing from EntaNET) switched me over to the ADSL2+ and it had been slow ever since. I have contacted the ISP, and they have received quite a few problem calls when Draytek users switch to ADSL2+ in the past - which is the reason behind creating this topic.

I have already installed the latest firmware before the switch over (3.3.5.1_232201).
