A customer of mine has lost the admin password for the router.

Any tips anyone please he has no backup config I can interrogate.

Tried admin admin

Guess its reset and reconfig? Howvever there is VPN and dial in for users and we dont have this info any advise appreciated.

Have you tried just usiing a blank/null username and/or password?

You know how it is - Customer says just buy another so it looks like an audit of who dials in and vpn and port sniffer tool to assertain the settings.

Just wondered if there was a hidden default admin or a remote flash facility I'll speak with support.
