I am new to forum and using Draytec products.

Business is using 2820 Vigor.


My query is internet browsing related, I have the firewall webfilter setup in a secure fashion, Users cant access facebook,game site, shopping etc the usual catagories.

However i want to be able to unblock say some shopping sites for users.

how can i do this, i though originally under keyword object i would create one and put the full URL eg www.lyreco.co.uk

and put this into a Object group. I then Allow the pass of this object group in the main page of firewall, but i cannot get access to this site?
