Need Help Please!!!!!!
Having intermittent connection problems, put in a new vigor2820vn but continually losing connection. It appears that the router is communicating with the laptop but having problems getting internet connection.
It comes up with IPV4 connectivity: No network access and
IPV6 connectivity: No network access. Sometimes one has connection and not the other. I am using windows 7.
Does anywork thing the router may need some new firm ware downloaded.
Hope someone can help.

Have you logged onto the router and checked it's online status???
I suspect you're wireless have you tried cable only.

Thanks for your reply. I think I may have finally got to the problem. I am using wireless digital phones in line of both the router and the laptop. Disconnected the phone and plugged in a corded phone and the wireless on the laptop now seems to work.
Never thought that wireless phones could cause a problem.
Hopefully it will continue.
Thanks again
Bob
