I have successfully been able to block websites like facebook, myspace etc. How to I go about blocking MSN messenger?

You need to use the CSM for that, it's in the IM/P2P filter settings, then you have to enable that filter profile either from firewall - general setup or from a filter rule.

Can you tell me how you blocked face book on your router, I have been through these settings but do not seem to be getting anywhere!!
